The Hepco & Becker Tankring Basic is specially designed for the Royal Enfield Himalayan models of the construction years 2018 to 2024. This accessories are used to secure a tank bag directly on the motorcycle tank.

Content and assembly

The tanking basic itself and an adaptable counter holder are included. This counter holder is attached to the tank bag according to the tank shape and the handlebar. The fuel lid remains fully accessible even with assembled tanking, which the use considerably simplifies.

Functions and security

The tanking enables a quick and easy attachment of the tank bag through a mechanical locking system. The lock is safe and stable even at higher speeds. The unlocking takes place via a slightly accessible mechanism on the tank bag, which makes it easy to lose weight.

Differences to other tankingen

The basic tanking differs from the lock-it tanking by its locking system. While the lock-IT fueling also works with magnets for centering, the locking is purely mechanical for the basic model. However, both systems use the same model -specific metal ring.

It is important to note that tank bags and counterholder must be compatible. A lock-IT counter holder is not compatible with a basic tankring and vice versa.
