BASIC tank ring for the Honda CBF 1000 2006–2011

For the 2006 to 2011 Honda CBF 1000, this product combines the model-specific BASIC tank ring with the matching locking unit for the tank bag. It therefore provides the complete mount for a compatible Hepco & Becker BASIC bag.

Fit, lock and release

The bag is mechanically secured on the ring with a clearly audible click. The release strap at the front opens the lock for removal. The fuel filler cap can still be opened with the tank ring permanently fitted.

A maximum speed of 130 km/h is recommended when riding with the tank bag fitted. The tank shape and steering lock determine the individual position of the retaining plate on the bag. Lock-it retaining plates do not work on a BASIC tank ring and vice versa. No type approval or registration is required when fitted as intended.
