BASIC tank ring for the Honda CBR 1000 RR Fireblade SP from 2014 to 2016

This black BASIC tank ring is designed for the 2014 to 2016 Honda CBR 1000 RR Fireblade SP. It allows a Hepco & Becker tank bag to be attached. The corresponding retaining plate for the tank bag is already included with the complete product.

Defined engagement and release

The connection closes entirely mechanically and confirms engagement with an audible click. To remove the bag, the lock is released using the front strap on the tank bag. When fitted to the bag, the retaining plate can be aligned to suit the shape of the tank and the steering lock. The fuel filler cap remains accessible.

Use only with a BASIC retaining plate

Lock-it retaining plates and the BASIC tank ring are not compatible with each other. Both components must come from the BASIC system to function correctly. When installed as intended, neither an ABE nor registration is required. The Honda requirements and model-specific information also apply.
