YAMAHA YZ 125 [1993] - Wheel diaphragm block - Yamaha YZ125
Description
BOYESEN wheel membrane block for the YAMAHA YZ 125
The BOYESEN wheel membrane block was developed for the YAMAHA YZ 125 from 1993. The intake system uses several design approaches to guide the intake air in a targeted manner and optimize the power, torque and elasticity of the engine.
Well thought-out construction for the intake tract
The membrane block is made of 100% aluminum and has an optimized inner surface. A 4-way diffuser supports the guidance of the air flows and serves to avoid pressure losses in the intake tract. The model-specific design takes into account the requirements of this motorcycle model.
- 100% aluminum
- Optimized internal surface
- 4-way diffuser to optimize airflows
- Model-specific membrane plates with variable flexibility
- Aerospace-grade carbon membrane plates
- Rubber-coated, hydrocarbon-resistant membrane plates
Membrane plates with coordinated opening behavior
The membrane plates work with variable flexibility and several opening levels. This means that the opening behavior is tailored to the model. The hydrocarbon-resistant design supports a longer seal life.
Scope of delivery and vehicle assignment
The scope of delivery includes the intake manifold and the fastening clamps. The membrane block is intended for direct assembly without modification. Vehicle assignment: YAMAHA YZ 125, built in 1993.
Designed for competition use, the RC2 diaphragm blocks optimize intake airflows for greater efficiency and better pulling power.
