Centrifugal clutch system with clutch bell for scooter SPORT

The system contains the famous :

• Reinforced clutch for extreme road use (Fly clutch)
• Additionally a dynamically balanced clutch bell (Clutch Bell) made of steel (DC04).

This allows Malossi to offer its customers two quality products at a cheaper price.

Fly clutch

The Fly clutch is a reinforced centrifugal clutch designed to function reliably under the most extreme conditions, such as constant stop-and-go traffic, city traffic, consecutive long traffic light phases, riding with a passenger and riding in high outside temperatures when keeping the scooter's operating temperature low is difficult.

A lot of Malossi's experience went into the fly clutch. This experience comes from research and thousands of racing tests.

Clutch bell

Technical details

• Clutch bell forged from deep-drawn Fe DC04 steel;
• Carbon steel gearing made from round material and processed using the tungsten inert gas welding process;
• Anti-vibration welded using a 3-point 120° pattern;
• 100% dynamically balanced;
• Surface nitride hardened.
