POLINI carburetor fuel system ⌀30mm for Vespa PX E GS 200

The POLINI fuel system ⌀30mm combines a large universal ⌀30 CP carburetor with a reed valve. The design is tailored to the Vespa PX E GS 200 built between 1987 and 1998 and offers an alternative to the original fuel system.

Function and execution

The carburettor is made of die-cast light metal and has a chrome-plated light metal flat valve. The coating supports the sliding properties and abrasion resistance of the valve. Each individual CP carburettor is controlled with regard to the fuel level in the bowl so that carburetion occurs within consistent parameters.

Advantages of the finned manifold

The finned manifold allows a larger carburettor to be accommodated in the Vespa. In addition, it allows the engine to be used even if the intake valve is worn. Compared to the original fuel system, the kit is more powerful.
