SUZUKI GSX 8 R [2022-2026] - Racing Line (Carbon) exhaust system

The Racing Line (carbon) exhaust system from Akrapovic is a highly developed component for the Suzuki GSX-8S/R from 2022 onwards. This product was developed from the ground up and consists of lightweight, race-proven materials. The combination of a carbon fiber muffler, titanium end cap and stainless steel components results in a weight reduction of 39.6% (3.2 kg) compared to the standard exhaust system.

The exhaust system is designed to run on the right side of the motorcycle, giving the vehicle a more distinctive racing style. An additional resonator in the connecting tube ensures a unique sound experience with a lively and racing tone. The system also offers an increase in power of 4.7 kW (6.4 hp) at 9,200 rpm and an increased torque of 4.7 Nm at 7,650 rpm, measured on the Akrapovic test bench compared to the standard exhaust system.

The exhaust system is compatible with the original Suzuki soft side bag set, making it particularly practical for riders who need additional storage space. However, please note that when installing this exhaust system on Euro5+ models, the engine control unit must be retuned, otherwise the check engine light may illuminate.
