SUZUKI GSX 8 R [2022-2024] - Exhaust System Racing Line (Carbon)

The Akrapovic Racing Line (Carbon) exhaust system for the Suzuki GSX-8S from model year 2022 is a state-of-the-art product that was developed specifically for racing purposes. This exhaust system is made from lightweight, race-proven materials and offers an impressive weight saving of 39.6% (3.2 kg) compared to the stock exhaust system. It includes a carbon fiber muffler, heat shield, clamp, titanium end cap, stainless steel manifold, resonator and connecting pipe, and a black coated aluminum muffler bracket.

The innovative orientation of the exhaust on the right side of the bike, as opposed to the standard placement under the bike, gives it an even more distinct racing style. The carbon fiber heat shield not only protects against heat, but also gives the exhaust system an attractive look. Power and torque increases of 4.7 kW (6.4 hp) at 9,200 rpm and 4.7 Nm at 7,650 rpm were demonstrated on the Akrapovic test bench compared to the standard exhaust system of a Suzuki GSX-8S.

Another highlight is the resonator in the connecting tube, which ensures a unique sound experience. The tone is racing and lively without compromising performance. Exhaust system installation is simple and plug-and-play, with no need to reconfigure the engine controls. This system is also compatible with the original Suzuki soft side bag set.
