Electronic control for Piaggio Liberty 125 2V Sport

The MALOSSI Force Master 2 is an electronic control for I-Tech 4-stroke cylinders. It allows the injection to be adapted to Malossi 4-stroke and original cylinders and provides four different maps.

Function and coordination

• Fuel tuning in the range of ± 20% at minimum, medium and maximum speed
• Increase of the rev limiter by 2,250 RPM: from 9,250 to 11,500 RPM
• Four maps for different combinations of exhaust system, cylinder, cylinder head, camshaft and air filter

Curve 0 is intended for the original exhaust system with Malossi cylinder kit ø 63 mm 125 cc., original head, original camshaft and original filter. Curve 1 takes into account a Malossi exhaust system with db killer on the same 125cc configuration. Curve 2 is designed for the original exhaust system with Malossi cylinder kit ø 63 mm 150 cc, curve 3 for the combination with Malossi exhaust system and db killer.

Interaction with the O 2 regulator

In combination with the O 2 controller, the Force Master 2 enables comprehensive control of fuel preparation. The coordination can be managed, controlled and adjusted for the processing steps provided by Malossi.
