The MALOSSI cylinder kit Ø 63 is intended for the Lml Star 150 Glamor from the years 2013-2017. The bore is 63 mm and the displacement is 178 cm3. Redesigned internal fluid dynamics with profiled transfer channels align the gas flow in the inlet and support controlled scavenging and efficient combustion.

Sophisticated cylinder and piston geometry

The overflow channels have a coordinated profile. The rear channels feature a double slope (1-2), while the outlet features a redesigned profile for gas flow towards the exhaust. The two-ring piston with a diameter of 63 mm is designed for the operating temperatures in the combustion chamber. Its geometry supports uniform guidance in the liner and reduces the play between piston and cylinder. Two piston rings ensure sliding behavior and sealing against the pressure in the combustion chamber.

Redesigned cylinder head

The hemispherical cylinder head has spiral cooling fins with an increased air contact area. The ribs extend into the area between the cylinder head and cylinder and thereby support heat dissipation. The centrally inclined position of the spark plug is tailored to the combustion chamber geometry. The set includes two centering bushings for connecting the head and cylinder; The sealing takes place via an O-ring.
