Cylinder kit gray cast iron Ø 63 for Lml Star 125

The cylinder kit is on the Lml Star 125 Limited Edition Bicolore of the years of construction 2013–2017 designed. The bore of 63 mm and the displacement of 178 cm³ form the basis for use in urban and sports areas. The revised internal fluid dynamics with profiled transfer channels specifically align the inlet flow and support uniform flushing.

Flow-optimized design

The rear transfer channels have a double slope profile (1-2). The revised exhaust features a wider ignition setting and a redesigned profile for an orderly flow of gas towards the exhaust. The design is intended for use with customized as well as completely original cases.

Piston and cylinder head

The two-ring piston with Ø 63 was designed for high operating temperatures. Its profile supports even guidance in the liner. Two piston rings promote sliding and tightness against the pressures generated in the combustion chamber. The hemispherical cylinder head has revised, winding cooling fins, an inclined yet central spark plug position and two centering bushes. The connection between the head and the cylinder is made via an O-ring.
