Race MX complete front wheel for KTM 250 EXC F

The RFX Race MX complete front wheel is designed for use on the KTM 250 EXC F in the MX/Enduro area. As a pre-assembled front wheel, it combines a black Excel rim with a red hub and silver spokes. The handcrafted version is built with selected components for off-road use.

Structure and function

The Excel rim is made from 7000 aluminum. The hub is made from 1 piece of 6082 billet aluminum. Koyo bearings support the storage of the wheel. The central tube and spacer are made of 7075 aluminum and complement the structural design of the hub and bearing section.

Depending on the application, 32 or 36 spokes are used. The spokes are made of special stainless steel and are 30% stronger than OEM. This means that the front wheel is tailored to the requirements of use in MX/Enduro without changing the technical properties of the individual components.
