AXP Xtrem underrun protection for the HUSQVARNA TE 250

The AXP Xtrem underrun protection with linkage protection protects the engine block, the side engine housing and the frame on the HUSQVARNA TE 250. The one-piece construction is thermoformed from PE-HD and offers a continuous protection solution for enduro use.

Function and construction

• Underrun protection with integrated linkage protection
• Manufactured in one piece by thermoforming
• PE-HD with a thickness of 8mm
• Color: Blue
• 40% lighter than aluminum with 4mm thickness
• Without shock memory and without vibration

The PE-HD used combines the 8mm material thickness with a lower mass compared to 4mm thick aluminum. Manufacturing as a single piece supports comprehensive protection of the engine area and frame. The underrun protection is handmade in France.

Assembly

Mounting is done on the OEM brackets. No drilling or modifications to the motorcycle are required. A hardware kit and assembly instructions are included and support the intended attachment.
