Description

The piston kit for Harley Davidson Dyna models from 1999 to 2006 is precisely manufactured to optimize the engine output. The pistons are forged from a 4032 aluminum silicon alloy with a low expansion and a silicon content of 11%, which ensures a robust and light construction. A special accumulator between the first and second piston ring improves the sealing of the rings, while fine grooves at the top of the pistons minimize the risk of detonations. The piston surfaces are also provided with an anti-friction coating in order to increase the lifespan and minimize friction.
