The book follows the routes of Thierry Sabine's rally and collects stories from people who directly experienced their difficulties and special moments. One of the protagonists portrayed is Fabio Marcaccini from Unit Garage, whose experiences at the Dakar and later rallies also shaped ideas for Unit Garage's work.
